If they knew exactly when the downtime would end it would say for example; downtime from 11:00 to exactly 14:00. Not to mention, everyone knows that downtimes get extended nearly every time, not to mention that first day post patch usually leads to the servers going offline throughout the day. Alway train a 2 day skill or longer to be sure.

Funny thing is they are allways wrong in the estimation.They should make an estimation then add about 8 hours to it and post that as server uptime.Should be more accurate tbh When my wife says; "we're supposed to meet my parents at the restaurant at 6:30." I usually come back with ok 8 it is then. The inlaws are chronically late.
